Dr. Na Liu is a senior research and planning analyst at Chabot College, California, where she provides data and research to help the Chabot community to make evidence-informed and equity-focused decisions and policies. She is a highly technical researcher with passion and extensive expertise in database management and data analysis. Before she joined Chabot, Dr. Liu was a senior research associate at the Center for Applied Linguistics (CAL), who served as CAL expert on heritage/community language development and Chinese language assessment. Dr. Liu received her Ph.D. from Arizona State University.
